Shipping

How long until my order is shipped?

Please be advised that shipping delays may occur during the Christmas period due to increased demand. Currently, our estimated wait times range from 1-2 weeks.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. We do not deliver on a Monday, weekend, or bank holidays.

Which shipping methods are available?

We ship via DHL.

My shipping address is incorrect, can I change this?

Before placing an order, please double check that your address is submitted correctly.

If you do happen to submit an incorrect address, please do get in touch as soon as you can.

👉 If the order has not yet left us: Please provide your order number, the address submitted, and the correct address you need to switch it to.

👉 If the order has already shipped: Unfortunately we can not accept responsibility for any incorrect information submitted, and will be unable to edit the address after this time. If the package is returned to us by the courier, we may be able to re-send the order subject to a shipping surcharge.

My Order

My order has not arrived yet.

DHL aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, but in some cases this may take a little longer.

Please check the following:

👉 Your unique tracking number

👉 Could it have been left with a neighbour, or in a dedicated 'safe place', such as an enclosed porch?

👉 Is the address submitted on the order correct?

If there is still no sign your order after 5 working days, please do get in touch and we'd be happy to look in to this for you!

My order has arrived, but there's a problem.

Really sorry to hear this! Please get in touch with your order number, address, and a detailed description/photograph of the problem and we will look in to this for you.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We are unable to accept returns for perishable items, including sprinkles.

If you wish to return an un-used merchandise item, please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. To begin:

👉 Please drop us an email at sendhelp@expensivesprinkles.com, to book a return.

👉 Please enclose your original packing slip, or a note including your full name and order number so that we can match the return with your account.

👉 We recommend obtaining a 'proof of postage' receipt from your chosen courier, and opting for a tracked service.

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued through your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your funds may differ depending on original payment method, so please do check with your provider if you have any queries.

Buyer is responsible for the successful return of an item and the postage costs incurred. Please see our refund policy for more details.
